CandySueC Booking & Payment Policy
1. Payments
- All 1-on-1 sessions under $100 require full payment at booking.
- Strategy packages and custom projects over $100 require a 50% deposit to confirm, with the remaining balance due before final delivery.
2. Cancellations
- Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not be refunded.
- Missed free appointments may result in limited future booking privileges.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are available only if cancellation is requested at least 24 hours in advance.
- No-shows or partial attendance are non-refundable.
4. Rescheduling
- Clients may reschedule up to 1 time per session with no penalty, if done at least 24 hours prior.
- A second rescheduling request may incur a $10 admin fee.
5. Session Follow-Up
- Paid appointments may include a follow-up summary PDF, checklist, or custom resource depending on the session type.
- Any additional materials beyond scope may require a quote.

- Sessions may be held via Zoom, Google Meet, or phone depending on preference.
